Booths are $1,925 for companies in the Safe Food Networking Partnership and $2,175 for non-members. All premium booth spaces are sold out. 

The Premium Booth upgrade option provides a great location to maximize your exposure during the conference with a preferred location. You can pick one of the highlighted Premium Booths or select your own preferred spot now!

What Does a Booth Package Include?

  • 8′ × 10′Exhibit Space
  • 2 all-access conference registrations (additional booth personnel must be registered for the conference)
  • Identification Sign
  • 6′ draped table
  • 2 chairs
  • Waste basket
  • Carpeted exhibit hall

Exhibit Hall Hours

Exhibitor Move‐In: Tuesday April 3, 2018 12:00pm to 4:00pm
Exhibits Open: Tuesday April 3, 2018 5:00pm to 6:30pm
Wednesday: April 4, 2018 7:30am to 4:00pm
Thursday: April 5, 2018 7:30am to 2:00pm
Move‐Out: Thursday, April 5, 2018 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Exhibit Space Assignment

Efforts will be made to accommodate booth location preferences, but there is no guarantee of specific location availability. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis with preference given to partners and sponsors. Premium Booths are assigned as bought.

Eligibility

Conference registration is not available to directly competing service providers. No one under the age of 18 may enter the exhibit hall at any time.
