Erin Clem is the Director of Food Safety and Quality for Diamond Foods, LLC.  Diamond Foods is a premier processor of tree nuts and has a rich history of processing walnuts dating back to 1912.  Diamond Foods has been a leading global supplier in the Retail, Snack, Confection, Foodservice, and Bulk channels for walnuts and other tree nuts.

Erin has 10 years of food safety professional experience with extensive knowledge of food safety and quality systems, training, HACCP, Food Safety Plans and risk assessments. She has led HACCP certification courses, audit programs, and PCQI for both Human and Animal Food courses.

Erin has a BS in Food Science from the University of Nebraska and a Masters of Agribusiness from Kansas State University.  She has worked for ConAgra Foods, Land O’Lakes, and ADM dba Golden Peanut and Tree Nuts prior to joining Diamond Foods.

Erin manages food safety and quality programs, supply chain management and approval programs, and regulatory support & nutritional labeling.

Erin is passionate about providing all levels of food safety and food quality training and enhancing training to make it more attainable and engaging with all audiences.
