Conference registration is not available to directly competing service providers. No one under the age of 18 may enter the exhibit hall at any time.

Special Offers/Discount Codes

Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one special offer/discount code per registration.


All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by March 2, 2018. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after March 2, 2018. Submit all requests to SFC Registration via email at SFC regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge must be worn for entry into the exhibit hall, receptions and all sessions, badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Tickets for the Golf Tournament and Gala Reception/Dinner are not refundable; however, tickets are fully transferable.

Family and Guests

Invite your spouse or a guest to Palm Springs! A special guest registration is available for the Early rate of $250 which includes all of the conference events, and food & beverage! You can also purchase individual a-la-carte spouse/guest tickets for the golf, or gala events. Please note: guest qualification applies to those individuals not in the industry.

Consent Clause

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, SFC meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by SFC and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.

Hospitality Suites and Hosted/Sponsored Functions

Any type of company sponsored function (including Hospitality Suites) will only be permitted if in good financial standing with Safe Food Alliance.
