The early bird rate will be available through February 14, 2018. When this rate ends, the general admission price will take over. Unfortunately, we cannot allow any exceptions once this rate expires.
How do I receive the group discount pricing?
There are two levels of group discount pricing. 4+ will each receive 10% off conference registration only and 10+ attendees will each receive 15% off the standard registration price. For the group discount please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for registration instructions in order to receive large group pricing.
I cannot pay for my registration with a credit card, can I be invoiced?
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by March 2, 2018. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after March 2, 2018. Submit all requests to SFC Registration via email at email@example.com. SFC regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
If I am unable to make it to SFC, can someone go in my place?
Yes, of course. Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no additional charge. We ask that you notify SFC so that we can amend appropriate records. Please include name of current registrant and name, title, company and email address of the person who will be taking their place. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter.
Are there student, government, or military discounts?
We do not have these types of discount available.
